1. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends, holidays, and preorders unless otherwise noted in the product description).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates (U.S. Only)

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.00
• Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $6.90

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

After Your Order Ships

Once your package has been dropped off with the carrier (USPS or UPS), it is no longer within our control.

Makin’ Me Blush is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Missed guaranteed delivery times
• Lost or stolen packages
• Shipping delays due to weather or holidays

We are not affiliated with USPS or UPS and cannot control transit times.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly first. However, we will always do our best to assist you on our end if needed 🤍

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must notify us within 3 days of the marked delivery date so we can submit a claim within the required timeframe. After 3 days, we are no longer able to assist with carrier claims.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your order.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been packaged.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• No stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear
• Items must be in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit total.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email within 1–2 business days.

Cancellations

All orders are final once a confirmation email has been sent.
